@Mike Leng one great way to find smaller, honest str PMs is to get on Airbnb and check out the hosts in your area.

When neither of the above has worked out, I've also gone so far as to reach out on the platform directly to other local hosts and inquire if they'd be willing to share contact information - surprisingly enough, it has worked and have gotten some great contacts from doing so.
