Over time it will be well-organized and it will have everything you need.  

I'd focus on building relationships and joining organizations in your area because investors typically want off market deals that cash flow - and the more people you know, the more likely you'll have access to that. 

We had a successful business in Event Management, (a ballroom dance competition to be exact) and now we have just begun our journey in REI.  

I began my own Real Estate career by getting my CA RE License in May, and have since begun to pour myself into learning about the investing world of real estate.  

I don't mind organizing it.

IMO, they are a very good organization.  

But I'm wondering if there are any key storage/ organization systems you have utilized that you would recommend?
