Closing shall take place at the office of Seller's attorney at TBDo'clock on or about 45 days of contractor, upon reasonable notice (by telephone or otherwise) by Purchaser, at the office of Lender's Counsel, in Nassau or Western Suffolk only.

I myself live in Pawcatuck CT, but moved here from RI only a few years ago, so I was unfamiliar with the north western area of CT.

Personally I think the major pitfall is investing in western Washington.

We currently live in Western NY so it would initially all be from long distance. 

The only areas I would look at in Birmingham/ western Jefferson county are  homes  with Hueytown 35023 schools and McCalla 35111  with Mcadory high school.

As a techie I am partial to the DC area and potentially some other western cities resembling Seattle as it was 15 years ago, e.g.

Another area that may work (again, IDK what the regulation situation is) would be the part of Western Mass where the 5 colleges are located.

I'm newer to Real Estate Investing and have a lead on a home in Western, Massachusetts.
