@Kevin Ivey posted a nice modern looking one above which is certainly "in style".That said, recessed LED can lights are the most modern and most used here in Southern CA these days with a nice chandelier for the master, dining, living, stair case, etc.

So for here (Southern MN Metro area) 15k gets a trailer that is early 80s, in fair to barely liveable condition while a late 90s can go for 20k and higher.

Nonetheless, it's a safe bet that the sprawl will continue and making a purchase in those southern suburbs of Raleigh is still a good bet.
