It is harder to find larger properties for groups that want to rent for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, etc. and the size of the house has made it very popular.

The second image is too small to see what's going on but if rows and/or columns were added to a spreadsheet with fixed cell references it could affect the output.

Written descriptions are often difficult to understand, and photos from ground level often lack the context or continuity for them to do what I need.I've done something similar for lawn care by taking pics at ground level which works well, but the walkways and doorways that need snow removal are often meandering and would take many pics to depict, and again - without continuity would be hard to interpret.I'm considering hiring a drone pilot that could take pics from 25 ft or so overhead that could frame the entire property in a single image. 

If you haven't mentioned that you want a prenup yet, do so asap so it's out there before you start doing wedding planning.  

Long story short: My landlord raised the rent by $40 year two and $60 year three but two months ago (a week before our wedding) he let us know he'll be raising rent by $250.

The tenant called for the water heater repair on Wed afternoon, the repair man went to examine the water heater next day morning.
