A recent article in the local OC register newspaper states, an "income required of 158k to afford the average home in OC, which only 21% of OC households earns.

It didn't help that the newspaper ran a front page story about increasing apartment rents in our county and our little town was the lowest in the county and we were bringing the average way down. 

For extra credit, buy a copy of the local newspaper and include the front page (including the date) as part of the video, to establish when the video was taken.
