I would consult an attorney if he has assets that you can seize after a judgement it might be worth your while  but no matter what the law says there is never any guarantees that a judge will rule correctly .

You can file a trespass eviction (7 day notice to vacate), get a judgement and call the baliff to do the dirty work and force them to vacate.I would start by sending a couple official letters and see if they call.

Everyone runs rampid and no recourse.The police won't even come out unless it's a murder so I don't see how they would get involved if I lock them out if it's just a civil matter.i went through getting a judgement with the tenants before but you can only get for rent.
