I'm wondering what the best way to buy the farm will be: A: Through my company (which will be a vertical integration to the farm) or B: As a primary residence.C:  Through a different company that I can start for the sole-purpose of this farm?

Is anyone here using a software that integrates icals and team members with tasks?

My smartlock integrates with my bookings to give each guest a unique code that is active just for their stay.

You can just set it up and get on with it.I've read and watched videos that say Sitelink is good when you have a large facility or multiple facilities, because it has open API to integrate with other services. 

They are, always have been and always will be two separate entities, one of which is no longer in business due to the founder / CEO's fiscal mismanagement, the other is a growing business led by a man recognized in the business community for his honesty and integrity and is recognized by Inc.

They just came out with some new features, too that will integrate Google Ad Words and Surveys (testimonials) !!!

If you are putting in the time and energy, acting out of integrity and treating them with respect, then you should not let the "rich kid" talk get to you.

They are not as confident in the integrity or erentpayment.com as the bigger pockets community seems to be....  

Either the property management company performs with integrity or they don't.
