I believe you can charge for the accommodation and for reverting the change down the road up front.You can evict or get rid of the animal if it poses a threat, violates any noise ordinances, is destructive to the property and things like that.

They have decibel readers on Amazon and counties have noise ordinances, don't go over them but it is not illegal to go right up to them.

You can't charge a deposit, rent, or anything else.However, you are allowed to enforce rules regarding noise, keeping the animal under control, cleaning up after it, etc.
