I think California is the way to go for people  unless they can’t afford it, purchasing property out of state with close to California characteristics, or they are purchasing good size multifamily out of state. 

Selling in a rural area depending on your area and it's specific characteristics usually comes with a bit longer days on market and likely some more negotiation on the sale side + cost of commissions, title costs and any seller concessions. 

Important to note: This was a big gamble but a very calculated risk.

By providing a visual representation, it enables prospects to better understand the property's features and characteristics.

However, most do not possess this characteristic, especially if they are inexperienced believing they will be rich soon off cheap property.

I have several I use that I can trust to get it done and that characteristic to me is what sets the good ones apart from the others.

A gamble.

Third, you should look at the specific regions in Philadelphia and understand the characteristics of it.

You made some mistakes when you moved in by not protecting yourself, is it worth your time effort and expense or would you be better off simply accepting lesson learned.Many landlord will gamble the tenant will decide it is not worth the battle and those landlords are usually right.

I also developed a wish list as to the characteristics of the name - have meaning for me, have meaning for my renters, end in "properties", it could not be confused with other areas or businesses, it could not be tied to my current location (Denver), it needed to allow for expansion and change and a few more.
