Hi, This is my first post after just learning about this community and world after a roller coaster ride of a weekend almost buying a second property that ended up being a lemon (that without real knowledge seemed awesome)!

@Seth Greenfield same, I funded my LLC in a similar fashion but I haven't bought any properties in cash yet.

Sometimes I bring my gravel bike and ride a loop that includes that canal after work. 

I like the original version quite a bit as it is written in the fashion of short parables (almost Biblical sounding).

I buy them, reposition and rehab and let it ride on the original loan. 

I am passionate about real estate and it is what I want to do, but he is so old fashioned and stuck in his ways that he won't help me or doesn't think I can do it and actually make money. 

I grew up in Sac and never knew there was good bike riding in Folsom.

Flips are great in this scenario because they are a shorter term investment that you can profit from quicker and ride with market fluctuations more steadily throughout the year.

But my cash flow is very positive and I think I can ride it out.
