Account ClosedAbout a year and half ago, my husband and I purchased a foreclosure with a 203k reno loan, which enabled us to roll majority of the major work into our mortgage and still get a house that was flippable at a solid deal.

In an environment where a bank has a lot of low interest loans fixed in the market and rates begin to rise though, a strong incentive would be created for bankers to seek out assets placed into LLCs and call those loans due (and then offer to refinance at the current higher rates) or at or very least to use the threat of calling the loan to extract concessions for renegotiation of the loan.

Get the carpet treated as quickly as possible, if it's worth saving call the carpet people out, they will extract it  loosen it up in a corner or 2 and put in humidifier's .
