I plan on utilizing buy-and-hold SFHs and MFHs as my vehicle to get there, and I intend to use a modified Domino Strategy to pay down the mortgages as fast as possible to generate that revenue.I intend on buying a home at every duty station I get assigned, and doing what that current market dictates as the best strategy.

Generally, state law dictates compensation through foreclosure and will allow "usual and customary" attorney fees, so asking for a "flat fee" isn't going to be received well by those who do foreclosures, there are also other expenses such as giving public notice, title work, etc, these can be fixed or variable costs based on the property/note value and sale price.
