They sent me a price brochure, called them back up to tell them what I wanted, they then send you a checklist and an invoice.

(And maybe a second lesson: some people are just lazy).Anyway, I received the report with 20,000 lines with a note "invoice to follow".

I use Buildium for all income/expense tracking, and an Epson Workforce scanner + PaperPort for receipt/invoice record keeping.

I only prefer softwares for payments that have built in prompts for payment confirmation for both parties along with a document that can be used as an invoice, along with adding ledgers, etc.

Dang dudes, I thought this REI stuff was going to be a no brainer:)

All others were simply verbal estimates of the totals he thought it would take and all the properties were within a few minutes of each other - mostly in the same 2 neighborhoods.We were actually going to offer him $150/bid going forward before we got his invoice.
