I would start with focusing on the retail condominium space as these are more affordable and then eventually graduate up to the bigger deals unless you have lots of capital.

Although, the wholesaler inspected the property in person twice, once before making the offer and once right before closing; whereas most Roofstock investors don’t get a chance to walk the properties before closing.I’d also like to point out that Roofstock recently launched this patent-pending new platform called “Roofstock One” that allows investors to invest in SFR more passively outside of direct ownership.
