The largest new home builder in our area provides financing on sales and uses the notes, through sales or as collateral to acquire capital, I assisted them years ago in the concept and process.You'll also need a broker for compliance issues and passing notes along to investors or in processing for collateral especially with a bank that may accept them

However, it was written before the SAFE Act and Dodd-Frank, but the basics remain valid.If you are selling to owner occupied borrowers then you'll need to follow the new compliance requirements.There is a thread here on BP, "Profit in non-profits" or similar title, that may be an option depending on the price of homes you plan on dealing in.

We have attorneys, we have experienced Realtors, we have compliance folks, so we have a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the BP family.If I owned the site, and didn't have the expertise or desire to take the rap for tossing some post off the site, I'd consider this;I'd ask those who have the greater knowledge, experience, expertise and understandings of what is and what is not expected in the RE industry to serve on occasion when a questionable post is made.

They would not address non-compliance issues with the tenants, as I would handle that myself as the property manager.Prior to Winter the elf would check weatherstrips on doors and windows, install weatherizing faucet covers and storm windows, disconnect garden hoses, disconnect air conditioners, and put them away.
