Do you try to be on your computer and type in their address into a website to get comps while you're on the phone before you make the offer?

Has anyone used a preformatted website and had success?

A direct request where you ask the person to act (to call, visit a website, etc).You could have more than one card if you wanted to segment your target market and then use specific cards for specific purposes.At some level do not ask the card to do more than it can do.

He happens to outsource some of the work to a short sale team as my friend knows he is crap at follow up with corporate types (loss mitigation folks).
