How many offers/properties did you make before you could easily sleep like a baby without worrying about it?   

I have just gotten settled back in my hometown of Vancouver , Washington and my baby boy was born on June 23rd :).

This baby will cash flow alright. 

With no plumbing, a newborn child, a wife and dog to feed I chose to change my future....and take a shower at my brother in law's house.

The market here is doing well with the baby boomers moving from the North or those that moved to Florida and are now looking to be closer to their families up north so they end up in NC (half backers as they are called).Lets connect and chat some more.Kevin
