Pretty interesting, you should search your county and find the date and time for the sheriff sale and get the experience. it is a good place to network as well.

I have done some direct mail, but it seems to be pretty ineffective to me, it is much easier building clients organically by networking with people in your real life, joining meet up groups, and just talking to everyone about what you are doing.

@Jean-Frank Dorvil with that wide a range both rental and flip properties as well as b,c or d properties I would say the neighborhood doesn't make near as much difference as the quality of the deal.
