The property manager stands up, the judge stares him down, and the judge asks who he talks to on the phone and who he sends the rent to, reminding him that the property manager manages other properties and there will be other days that he appears in this court.My point is, sooner or later the judge is going to get to a name, and Imagining that this is going to be avoided by some legal flim-flammery in a case as small-scale as the one I'm talking about -- it's just hard to believe.

The look on our realtors faces were priceless - I had a couple blank contracts in my portfolio so we wrote it up at 4pm outside... almost freezing as the temperature is in the low 40's.  10 minutes of paperwork and the originals are at my abstract now.
