Thank you sir, ive considered trying to get hvac certified this summer too so i can do that aswell, i have no desire to learn electrical however as ive been shocked one too many times and dont care to get shocked again, but i agree its a shrinking industry which is good for us younger guys , my only concern is rising interest rates ruining my plans before they even get started

Though there are legitimate concerns that this complex will push gentrification, I think it will add to the vibrancy of the Hilltop neighborhood.As a new investor, I'm not sure if the addition of this complex will push up rents in the area by increasing average rents and desirability, or depress them because it is adding a significant number of new units, thus decreasing the demand on other units.

This gets complicated, as there's a lot of moving parts to keep track of now.Every time you add another person into the daisy-chain the final price to the end buyer goes up, making the deal less desirable to that end buyer.
