The quality of construction is so nice - crown molding, millwork, color schemes, natural beauty - are all very well thought out in most places I have been to.ps is stucco a mainly california thing? 

Did some research and it looks like vast majority of people who havent used them before have an immediate negative reaction.. worried about dust/grease/insects etc, and the vast majority of people who have used them actually like them and the fears are largely overblown (not surprising, human nature for most is to be afraid of change or different). 

Naturally I thought no big deal; I had met her while moving and thought she was nice enough, and during the purchasing process walking through her unit she kept it clean & tidy.

Naturally, after hearing that, they don't pull them (why would they incur more expense and necessitate their work passing pesky inspections if he tells them they don't have to?)

Although, I disagree with the gloom and doom nature of many home inspection reports, i.e. the house is not falling over tomorrow, the condition of an individual home matters far more than the numbers you put into a software program.
