The area is a small city area in Mass so SFH's are quite expensive to purchase as rentals.

They did have reserves and those supposedly were exceeded.J- maybe you could share the auctions you do buy at, for the education of the masses here on BP.

What better line of work to ease into then something I can learn as I go, and I don't have to DIRECTLY work with a mass of people!

Richard,I am not in Mass, but I am always glad to help with questions.

If the Darwin movie didn't....chances are it just doesn't have mass appeal and the producer can't admit to it.

I had a guy offer to give me a couple of muscle cars for the down payment on a house.

I know that many investors start out house hacking, and  I will certainly be using this to my advantage since I don't have mass amounts of capital at this time and can collect my own commissions.
