Zillow and other large screeners are not able to piece-meal the background screening information to keep landlords in compliance.

I DO NOT "Daisy Chain" properties AND I make sure that I can sell a DEAL to an investor.My process is like this... 

Rising inflation and costs are causing people who come here on vacation to spend less money on food and other items and decide to cook more meals in their unit for the week.2.

Most of them are on the fence line and I have questions:1) Should I cut the tree to a stump and grind it down OR cut to 3 feet tall and wrap a chain around it and pull it out?

I have talked with several clients who have had a similar thought process - in their mind almost a "block chain" for the real estate investment.Along with the SEC regulations regarding investment offerings, the IRS has neatly placed this "blockchain" type idea as being a tax partnership. 

Have a personal budget that includes your meals and some new boots and some new clothes, haircuts,  and things like that every once in a while. 

We should meet somewhere in between at local chain restaurant or diner that has separate quiet area, so we can hear each other. 

I have experience in supply-chain optimization and some experience in developing, but really want to work in a more acquisition-facing role like evaluating properties. 

Make sure you see if they are getting the leads directly through their own marketing or through daisy chain..
