Jeff,I was not aware of that technique being illegal (and am certain I have read about it in several books as a method to build a buyers list), and certainly would not want to imply that anyone should use illegal techniques.

And I know your post said building so it implied commercial real estate but then your post mentioned the number of people joining BP which is more residential in nature so I wasn't sure.Anyway, I don't believe there is a direct correlation between rates and values either.
