Lots of great links and resources and lesson modules.And then we started getting monthly newsletter/CD mailings which aren't all that well organized (yet) but still show lots of promise.Gut feeling says Fleck is genuine, and the evidence is still coming in. :) Haven't attended any live, in-person events tho.

I have been to several other events from other "gurus" and I can tell you that Robyn is by far the most genuine and is the most invested in helping her students succeed.

There are so many people that want to help other genuine people out. you just have to be willing to show up 30 minutes before the meeting starts and leave an hour after it ends.

We have a problem here with finding the genuine land or house to buy in the market.

But for the 'high end' investors I see time to time on BP who trash 'cash flow' C area investing, when I'm currently looking at the market it genuinely seems to make more sense.  

I then transform the property by improving management, making improvements, increasing rents, filling the property, and lowering expenses.

I know I have the stomach to go into or near the "war zones" (as does my husband) to not only invest but proactively transform the neighborhood. 

The thought of reducing our living costs transformed into trying to find out if it would be possible to actually get paid to live in our own home.
