That one dollar gets spent seven (7) times in its local economy, (cleaners, restaurants, movies, clothing, rent, etc)  If that job is suddenly cut it takes those seven (7) dollars out of the economy.

I have a check-in time after 2PM, check-out by 10AM and get regular requests to extend these times, which on occasion I try to accommodate but limit this keeping my cleaners on a regular schedule, giving them some flexibility to clean the place thoroughly.

If it's a light turnover you can get it knocked out in a day depending if you are doing it yourself or you are outsourcing different trades (handyman, cleaners, landscapers, etc.)

I also really like the idea of air bnb and I have a few friends that are house cleaners that I would love to give more work but that’s probably getting to be to much at this point.My 21k by 21 goal also coincides with 2 years at my job so I will look better at to banks for loans that’s part of the reason for that date and I have a credit score of 740 that is trending up so im thinking that I can get bank financing ok by myself (I hope, what do you think?)

My AC evaporator luckily has an access panel that is easily removed and then a service plug in the side panel of the coil (plastic disc wedged into sheet metal) that I was able to remove, liberally spray down the coil on the 'incoming air side' with cleaner bought from lowes, and carefully spray some water onto the coils from the easily accessible 'outgoing air' side to back rinse after waiting the recommended time.
