Anyway, we explained that this cabin that their relatives looked at was not our cabin and our cabin is in excellent condition and very clean and they can verify this with our reviews.  

The roof has been replaced and the demo work has been complete/cleaned.

I had to save the house because my job monitors my credit periodically and I need to have a clean record.

The property was clean and well maintained but could use a few updates. 

It is adorned with nice cabinets that just need a good old fashion cleaning.

Some of these tenants are probably not going to be gone until the late summer at which time they won't pay the rest of the time they are there and will leave the place trashed at eviction meaning a cleanout, full house repaint, and cleaning along with more typical turnover costs like a lead recert. 

@Lake Ingle you say it's move-in ready so the following may not apply, but during a condo purchase a couple years ago I got permission from the owner to fix a minor code violation and clean just before closing. 

God forbid they abandon the house one day and leave you with all their junk to clean up.  

We added new garage doors to the 4 car garage, new gravel to the driveway and cleaned up the abandon cars, camper and trash.

They had completely stripped the property, but had done a really clean job when they took everything out.
