I've always been good at making money, even as a child when my family had garage sales I'd be the one selling everything and making the most money.

Once again, horrible use of logic...I could give my son the middle name of "Spiderman" if I wanted...but that doesn't make him a superhero...Do I really need to explain that middle names are made up by the parents (generally) and are (generally) not reflective of the beliefs of child (or the adult the child becomes)?

What happens when their child turns 18, but still lives with them?

Opening them up to pay for qualified educational expenses for the child's entire schools career (essentially) makes 529s a much better vehicle.

The case of an unmarried couple having a child - that child is a common relative to both, so the child makes them related.

In some states, state laws specifically protect home child care providers who live in rented houses, and require landlord "notification" rather than permission.For example, California's process for licensing a home child care business includes the line:  "Inform your landlord (if you are renting or leasing) of your decision to operate a Family Child Care Home."

We refied our primary home with a 10 year mortgage in hopes of paying off before our 1st child goes to college. 

We told the tenant he's more than welcome to have a companion animal, as long as it's not a cat since that would place an undue burden on us (my husband manages the properties, does maintenance, etc. and he's highly allergic). 

They rarely get the correct story right from their child about anything.

Most importantly, I am expecting my first child this December.
