I got started on BP about 10 years ago, and went inactive for quite a while after I got my initial dose of education and started investing.Here I am a decade later with dozens of deals under my belt and I found myself craving coming back to the community to contribute and continue my growth.I can't put my finger on specifically how you helped me when I first got started, but your name and photo just gave me a feeling of nostalgia and appreciation.

Most companies are going to tighten their belts and even the few people that get a raise will find their new surplus income eaten up by the rising inflation.I don't know what the answer is, perhaps there is none.

Once you have a few properties under your belt, then you can get more sophisticated. 

I like my job but I love my dreams of becoming financially free and cannot wait to get my first deal under my belt!
