I really wanted to do miracle morning, but literally cant make myself get out of bed...Feel like I have to stay up late in order to finish everything, so I go to bed at 2 am, wake up at 730...

Would be nice if employers promoted self directed options but of course the Human Resources departments are in bed with the financial institutions that sell funds .It would be cool to see employees getting together and funding local projects something similar to syndication or crowdfunding .

One important thing to consider though is that not all criteria are actually "filterable" (if that's a word).I can filter on all the usual things like # of beds, baths, garage spaces and dozens more. 

I've helped with a remodel and a master bed/bath add on.

The entry only listing states that there is one more bed, one more room and one more bath than public record. 

Would the number improve if I increase the bed to fit more sleep?

Each unit is 1 bed/1 bath. 

Property is a 2 bed 2 bath with 1400 sqft.

We’d like to achieve this with a combination of rental properties for cash flow (BARRRR strat) and flipping later.We currently own a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath in SE Portland outright.

I am looking at a 6 bed 2 bath properties and I already have some idea on where to look.
