We use Appfolio (accounting), LeadSimple (process automation and CRM), Tenant Turner (leasing), Property Meld (maintenance/work orders), Abodea (after hours call center), RentCheck (self inspections).

I like it because it automates a lot of things I used to do manually.

We've historically used Appfolio, which has a lot of payment automations built in.

Along with the support at the location, you'll also want to setup your systems for automated messaging, reviews, rates, cleaner coordination, etc.

Banks aren't lending because they haven't trained their people to recognize risk now that automated credit scoring (fico) dictates approval.

Automate the contract process (It takes us 1 click to write a contract out of our CRM software)4.

I also feel it is successful because I have been able to automate the process in a HUGE way and manage remotely very successfully.
