I'm considering a turnkey property in the Redbird/Five Mile Creek area of South Dallas. Is this a good neighborhood for a 3 bed/2 bath rental?

After the comps I still felt the comps where high so I asked another realtor but they provided me with different comp range from 190k-200k, so I still decided to do more research I went to city hall in Elizabeth to get a list of all the foreclosure and autions taking place it seems to be true because nothing is being sold this low in Elizabeth.The cheapes price I've seen is 78k for a foreclosure and this already sold, I know this is an awesome deal especially because the location of the property it's in a quite street 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from transportation and a major school is a block away, the city is also developing a new park and building literally down the street and the property is on a one way so it quite day and night all homeowners in the area.

I think there is good potential in the land development of the empty acres since it is adjacent to a small college and shopping area. 

About 15 minutes from the Detroit metro airport.

I believe that there are a few macro trends benefiting Detroit (we are mostly talking about downtown Detroit and some adjacent neighborhoods): 1) the city climbed out of bankruptcy in 2013 and is having a historical rebirth with the new mayor Mike Duggan in office (likely running for another term).

It is a vacant house with someone living on the front porch, so somewhat of a deterrent to my purchasing the adjacent property as an investment.   

I live out in Monclova Township adjacent to Holland, you will do quite well out there if you manage properly.

Pinal County is adjacent to Maricopa county and its the 2nd fastest growing county in the US.

My sister lives in the city and travels throughout the neighborhoods listed for her job, also not in real estate.San Antonio has been good to us, we may pickup another single family on the north side, above the airport.
