New in CA, and investing in Toledo, OH.

I just joined the biggerpockets forum and I’m looking forward to everything I can learn here. I live in CA, and began investing in rental property in Holland, OH with my business partner just this week.

We have 1 single family residence that we’re currently renovating with the hopes of renting out but the end of June.

Happy to make any connections and help anyone however I can.

    Hi Scott, I invest full time in Toledo. I don't own anything in Holland, but I often get calls from people looking for housing in that area. Like Andrew said, you should do well there.

    You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box. You can click on the 'vote' button if you like someone's post or is helpful, and there are 'awards' to earn on your profile.
