Eh.Of course it should be but the lender/seller doesn't have knowledge of everything affecting the property and the odds of something surfacing regarding an REO are increased. 

If enough interest surfaces here we can pursue dates, days and times going forward. 

On the surface this makes sense.

Sure you can look online but really walking through properties you will begin to notice bedroom sizes and updated appliances and solid surface counters have a value.

On the surface, it seems to me that it would be as simple as moving the extra money into another acct; is it really that painless?
