Thank you and good to know.I Think even with a family the logic thing to do is live in a 2-3-4 plex for a few years till the financial situation of the family is much better and then maybe refinance and move to a single family house and rent the unit the family has left to collect more rent.But hey, logic doesn't always comes first when it comes to investments otherwise we were all be rich :)
