With the advent of technology, I have clients who fax, scan, email, and mail me documents.

I have 18 yrs. in Information Technology and limited experience in REI, but really ready to get in the game.

After reading it and knowing how fast technology is moving, it's my uneducated assumption that around brownsville is going to need many more homes.

With current technology, where you can virtually map every single asset and structure in the house, wouldn’t prices be much lower and dropping?

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.

Looks like FurnishedFinder licenses the Transunion technology, overlays their own interface and rebrands it.

Property Technology, or PropTech, is a rapidly emerging field that some suggest will be as big as FinTech.

Is there any other piece of software/ technology / apps that have helped improve a process for you or made a current process of yours more efficient? 

Once a client is in the doors here at Carrot, like @Elizabeth Wilson mentioned I feel there's no company that can beat us (and yes we're happy as heck to hop on a phone call where needed)... but admittedly we've relied too much on technology for inbound sales phone calls and likely are missing out on working w/ awesome clients such as yourself. 

any suggestions?
