Just going to consult a re attorney ( whos investor friendly....any referals to any here in Atlanta?)

I currently own a small Digital Marketing & Design Consultant company and I still do quite a bit of marketing for real estate projects including videos, photography, website design and other print collateral.

In the meantime I would consult an attorney.

These lenders may not be the best to consult if you are looking to invest.  

Consult qualified advice before you act!

We will be walking through the home this week, and I want to know whether I should hire a contractor as a consultant to give me a ball park estimate on what the renovation would cost.

For obvious reasons, I'd say to consult an attorney on this situation.

I have talked to some other landlords but I haven't gotten a clear answer yet - I definitely plan to consult an attourney to draft this correctly but I want to get BP's opinion.  

I am consulting with a developer seeking to add approx 60 units of new construction apartments and 6k sqft of retail in that regard.
