You call them Project Manager, ding ding, PMs should know what they need to do, and once there is an issue, how to solve it, you are the captain of the boat, you can hit the iceberg or you can smooth sail, hence the name Manager of the Project (meaning it has a start and finish, and this manager manages it all).
