Sales and marketing scares alot of people. it creats images of the slick talking salesman or the crafty marketing specialist that gets people to do thing that are not in their best interest. 

If the lease is coming due soon big rental increases, machines need replacing, stores needs update of re-image per franchising agreement  then there go your expected cash flow down the toilet.I like businesses where it throw off six figures in cash flow profit and has management and systems in place.

Property manager texted me this image of the ceiling in the bathroom of one of my rentals.

You have to maintain lawns, pay utility bills, handle complaints about how to operate the TV remote control or track down a wedding ring that was lost in the house.

Account ClosedI finally got some more legit updates.  1) PM company emailed me that the tenants returned the keys on 3 days ago(Oct 3rd), and they would take pics on the next day or weds.

I did a reverse image search and found this article: http://www.eureka4you.com/home/PLDryerVent.htm , so I'm going with number 2. 

The spammers were too lazy to add images to their fake ad so watermarking the images wouldn't have helped.

Any recommendations for platforms that allow landlords toSchedule and Record the inspection of a rental property just before tenant moves in and when tenant moves outDocument and electronically sign inspection results( both landlord and tenant sign digitally to approve the inspection results)Store property inspection document and  images online.This is a very handy feature for  accounting of the security Deposit when tenant vacates rental property.
