This is mostly due to the "unknown" factor by tenants and the upcoming potential complaints about it.We had tenants in our house for a while, they, however, did not complain about it.

How much they are paying is unknown until they sold sticker goes up.

Doesn't matter if you have had the same job for 8 years if you are changing industries the lender sees too much risk and an unknown as too how you will do.

A big deterrent to evictions is the unknown fears of tenants: Where will they go, how will the deal with the embarrassment, will they find a new place, where will their things go?

No business wants unknown people doing work for them. 

They don't speak the language,  everything is brand new, the proceses are different even the smells are unknown. 

The fridge-- it's an unknown,  so if that's the one you're planning on putting in the unit, IMO it looks small... but tenants are running the risk that you might put an old, dirty fridge in there, and they are stuck with it?     

Why no one has shown up as part of an estate by now is unknown.
