If your Contractor is doing all of this for free, then you should fire them, because they're just stupid, and working with stupid Contractors will eventually get you in trouble........Well, there is no itemized line item in the Labor Only quote that's for loading & unloading materials (to be clear, this is a small rehab where all he's had to pick up are small things like paint, trim, etc.
