Rehab

Does any one know what the average rehab on a house in south Philly 19148 area. There is only cosmetic things needing to be done but i don't know how to see if contractors are charging me too much.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Darryl Smith It really depends on what kind of finish out you're looking for. We've done a ton in S. Philly but it's so diverse and depends on the ARV that you're looking for. I think Rafael is much more realistic with his 45-70K estimate.

I'd be happy to help with comps if you need help pinning down an ARV. I'm also very well versed with construction if you needed a second pair of eyes on a bid.
