And over the past year and a half i have done countless reasearch, watching videos, and reading books ok real estate.

I need someone to take pictures and maybe a video of the properties before the rehab, maybe once during and again after but before tenants move in.  

I am tossing around the idea of creating and posting a video on my profile.

Not just because of my amazingly stunning monkey looks, but I have a ton of amazing reviews on my site, when we meet I am very "real" and likeable, I have my NASA background with videos of me helping paraplegic people walk again.

I have researched countless books and spend countless hours watching videos on how to do it but I’m a hands on type person without any experience and that’s what brought me here.
