Great views, great locations, water features, great cell or internet (big deal), electric/water, upgrade with fruit trees and ponds, huge trees, garbage dumps you can build a different road around, etc.

One of those that I've looked at is the self directed IRA in which case by my wife and I would partake.I get how it works and have no issues with the nuts and bolts of it all.

I would say if you were to choose the first thing to focus on, it would be the KW research...you can have the coolest site but if no traffic is going to it, thats NO traffic to a cool site lolWith the right keyword research you can easily work the proper on-page seo and start pulling long tail traffic by merits of great content, direct on-page with pertinent keywordsI'd say to concentrate on low hanging fruit type of keywords with competition below 1000 in the google keyword planner and do multiple kw's that way you can pull from a variety of kws

Gettin the 3 up front n knew it would take that much to even get it at a mive in basis n ut took every penny.I.had left over 7 grand n knew the whole time that he never intended for us to get the title n if we moved we wouldnt b able to take it with us.
