What I like about what I call big box Brokerages for starting agents and most of you guys / gals responding are veterans. 

These might not always be the best property in the best neighbourhood you can find, but the ones that tick many boxes for potential tenants. 

I encourage you to think outside the [box] when looking for property.

For those that haven't read or listened, he recommends a lock box system where interested potential tenants can call the landlord and give some ID information, then get the code or sign out a key to access the vacant unit.

Ideally, if you just want to invest, you won't want a big box with training and offices that you have to pay for.
