So maybe they just had a couple of checks in there to cover the amount required rather than any supporting evidence of being able to fund the balance beyond their cashiers check.It'd have been easier to follow if the auctioneer didn't mumble at a low volume!

One with zoning code violation which I understand (Tenant storing items in the backyard, electric meter damaged) but second letter effecting items inside home ( 220 amp receptacle lacking the cover in basement, damage door in the basement evidence of water damage of the ceiling of the basement, loose stairs treads, multiple bedroom door damage blinds , toilet loose and a lot more.

Hello BP nation,I am just starting on my journey into REI and I already have a good conundrum....My mother in law, who speaks very good Cantonese, but very poor English, owns a property in CA where a fast food franchise sits.She evidently has had a few franchisees along the way and most recently (at least a few years maybe more) the franchisee is paying rent but without an active current contract. (!)

If you want them gone however, we have a clause in our lease that states a preponderance of the evidence by us as the landlord is enough reason to start a 5 or 7 day notice and/or eviction if we wanted.
