Liability in this game is huge and if you work on a house yourself or you employ people to do it and it malfunctions then it's on you to fix it, whereas when you hire subs it falls on them to warranty their work.

Hello all,I am new to the investing world I have read books, joined investor groups in my area 757 but at the moment I feel like i am stuck my plan is to rehab then eventually move into rentals to establish wealth i would like to rehab my first property with in 6mos. i was told i can’t start rehabbing unless i have a LLC then i was told just get a check first and worry about the LLC later if anyone have any info or advice iI would love to hear from you

I know how horrible it could be dealing with deadbeat tennants, crime, vandalism, evictions, collecting rent, etc.BUT, when $30K buys the whole house, it seems like there could still be opportunites to cashflow, and you can get into the game cheaply.
