As someone who doesn't have the funds to purchase 8 houses with 17 total beds and 9 baths, I would be looking to get a wholesale fee from this.

A landlord I know has two properties that I looked at today: **Property #1: 2-unit duplex: 2 bed/1 bath apartment on both levels.

. $1200/mo for a 2 bed apartment in a (very) desirable east side neighborhood is normal and expected--an equivalent (very desirable) Lakewood apartment is nearly half that.

In those deals I went through another divorce matter, no problem; and the death of a spouse of a partner, no real issue; and a personal bankruptcy of a member partner, no issue.

(if they are IRS liens) Typically they won't disappear after death as that is the last chance the IRS has to collect those unpaid taxes.
