This is a little hard to choke down, because I consider myself a business woman, but i went unsecured due to how much I know about her due to our relationship (she's my RE agent) her work ethic, her social media presence and advertising of her other businesses.

A friend of mine owns (and lives in) a condo in a 3-unit building and constantly about HOA issues with the woman in the 2nd unit. 

In about 1999, I met a 25-year old woman who had $50k and she asked me where she could invest the money.

If you don't have a mortgage professional right now, I would recommend reaching out to a few investors your know and getting them to give you a referral for their favorite (read: one who produces quantifiable results) "money" man or woman.

The current owner purchased this 4 plex in 1993 and paid $85,000. 1 unit is vacant, 1 unit has an older woman living in it that is paying 1/4 the market rents, another is rented by a family that has been there for 20+ years and the 4th I don't have info on.

However, this woman's story has really touched me.

So although the woman who sits next to me is extremely annoying, finding boogers in the restroom is what led me to BiggerPockets.
